Apollo Vibes, LLC (“Apollo Vibes”) operates the websites apollovibes.com, transitions.dj, and dj.app and the app Transitions DJ. It is Apollo Vibes’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and apps. We do not store user-uploaded content for AI training or any other purpose.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Apollo Vibes collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Apollo Vibes’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Apollo Vibes’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Apollo Vibes may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Apollo Vibes also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. YouTube Data Access

When you use Transitions DJ with YouTube services, we may access certain data from your YouTube account via Google, as YouTube is a subsidiary of Google. This data is provided directly by you or authorized by you through your Google account, and may include:

  • Your YouTube account name
  • YouTube playlists or media you choose to access via Transitions DJ

We do not store any of this data in our systems. The data is accessed solely to provide the requested features, such as enabling YouTube media playback or displaying your playlists, and is discarded once the session ends.

Use of YouTube Data

We will use the YouTube data you authorize for the sole purpose of providing the features and services you request, such as enabling media playback through YouTube or accessing your playlists. We do not store YouTube data on our servers.

Retention and Deletion of YouTube Data

We do not retain any YouTube data on our servers. The data is accessed solely for the duration of your session to provide requested services, such as enabling YouTube media playback or displaying your playlists.

Locally Stored Data

Some YouTube data may be stored temporarily in your browser’s local storage to enhance functionality and improve user experience. You can delete this data by clearing your browser’s local storage or using the “Clear browsing data” option in your browser settings.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Transitions DJ’s access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting the Google security settings page. Locate Transitions DJ in the list of authorized apps and select “Remove Access” to revoke permissions.

Business Transfers

If Apollo Vibes, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Apollo Vibes goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Apollo Vibes may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Apollo Vibes may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Apollo Vibes’s sole discretion. Apollo Vibes encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a WordPress.com account, you should also check your blog’s dashboard for alerts to these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
